María Solé
Partner & Co-founder
María combines four years of experience in mergers and acquisitions at Linklaters Madrid with a strong international academic background at Berkeley and ESADE. Today, she brings her transactional experience to the private wealth advisory practice at Bravos & Partners, helping Spanish and international families, entrepreneurs, and investors structure, protect, and transfer their wealth.
During her four years at Linklaters Madrid, María worked on high-value and complex M&A transactions across the infrastructure, energy, and education sectors, advising private equity firms, multinational companies, and hedge funds on transactions with an international dimension. Her experience spans legal analysis and due diligence processes, the negotiation of corporate agreements, and the corporate governance of Spanish subsidiaries within multi-jurisdictional structures.
María holds an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, specialising in Business Law and receiving High Honors in Business Associations and International Business Transactions, as well as a Double Degree in Law and Global Governance from ESADE. She has also completed specialised courses at the Fletcher School at Tufts and King’s College London. More recently, she has further developed her expertise through masterclasses and a specialised course in Succession Law focused on family wealth, strengthening her integrated approach to the field.
As co-founder of Bravos & Partners, María advises families, entrepreneurs, and international family offices as a trusted adviser on the wealth, succession, and corporate structuring of their assets in Spain.
She is fluent in Spanish, English, and French and also has a basic knowledge of Portuguese.
