Who are Bravos & Partners?
Over more than 25 years of professional practice, advising both Spanish and international clients, we observed a recurring pattern.
Most clients sought legal advice only once a problem had already emerged: a dispute within the family, an inefficient ownership structure, an unexpected tax consequence, a succession issue that could have been anticipated years earlier.
While solving those issues was important, we increasingly came to believe that the greatest value legal advice can provide lies elsewhere: helping clients avoid problems before they arise.
Over time, this led us to develop a different way of working. One that combines technical legal expertise with a preventive and long-term perspective. One that looks beyond the immediate matter and considers how today’s decisions may affect a family’s assets, business interests and future plans.
The inspiration comes from a concept more commonly found in Anglo-Saxon jurisdictions: the trusted legal counsel. An adviser who is involved before important decisions are taken, helping clients think through their implications rather than simply resolving their consequences.
