With more than 25 years of experience, Ana advises individuals, families, entrepreneurs, developers, and investors — both domestic and international — on complex decisions affecting their assets, bringing together the different areas of law that converge in the protection, structuring, and transfer of private wealth: principally Real Estate, Planning, Corporate, and Succession Law.
Ana has built her entire career in Marbella, where she experienced first-hand one of Spain’s most challenging periods of urban planning uncertainty. Her postgraduate studies in Planning Law and Mediation reinforced a working method grounded in anticipating legal risk, preventing disputes, and viewing every decision within the broader context of each client’s overall wealth, business interests, and family circumstances.
Today, Ana acts as a trusted adviser, helping clients protect, structure, preserve, and transfer their assets through strategic, long-term legal counsel.
